Hello, I'm Gina
I help people regain control of their bowels after cancer treatment when they've been told it's “just IBS” or that they have to live with it. I combine over 20 years of specialist gastrointestinal experience, current NHS oncology practice, and advanced expertise in the late effects of cancer treatment to solve problems that have often been dismissed.
At The Rehab Dietitian, I believe in building nourishment into your diet without removing what brings you joy — focusing on what to include, not what to cut out.

Clarity, a plan, and the confidence to use it
Every plan starts with properly understanding what's driving your symptoms — not a generic protocol. Patients tell me they value feeling truly listened to, and leaving with confidence to manage their own condition. That's the goal of every consultation: clarity, a plan, and the confidence to use it.
What Patients Say
“I have one regret and that is I did not get in touch with Gina earlier! A one hour session was all it took to make me feel empowered that I could make the right changes to eradicate symptoms and improve my health and wellbeing. Her knowledge and understanding was exceptional and she showed such empathy to my situation.”
“I contacted Gina as I was desperate to find out why I was experiencing various symptoms. Having visited numerous doctors in my 73 years, not one came up with Histamine Intolerance. Gina came to this conclusion very quickly. I cannot thank her enough for her help, delivered in a very knowledgeable and professional manner.”
“The experience I had with Gina was truly exceptional. Her advice provided me with complete relief from the eating and health difficulties I had been struggling with. After a couple of months, I have enjoyed more progress than through more than two years of hospital and GP visits.”
Working With Gina
No referral is needed — you can book directly online. With your consent, Gina is happy to liaise with your GP or consultant.
Gina reviews your history, symptoms and goals in detail, then explains what's likely driving your symptoms or condition and agrees a clear, personalised plan with you — not a generic diet sheet.
Yes — video consultations run UK-wide and internationally, with the same clinical assessment as an in-person session. Face-to-face clinics also run in Selkirk and Haddington, Scotland.
Gina is a Registered Dietitian regulated by the HCPC, with a current NHS oncology caseload and 20+ years of specialist gastrointestinal experience — clinical training and practice a general nutritionist won't hold.
